This book has a very good way of explaining everything very easily about losing weight. Weight loss can be very hard for you if you don’t get proper guideline and don’t follow an effective meal plan. This book is the best weight watchers guideline which will definitely work on your weight problem from the beginning. There are a lot of tips and tricks given in this book for your weight loss problem. The effective meal plan of this book will reduce your weight very easily. So start following this book.

I was quite underwhelmed by this cookbook, sorry to say. The recipes were fairly simple and things I would put together on my own anyway without a cookbook. (Example: "Egg, Salmon and Asparagus Salad:" basically the recipe tells you to mix salad greens with cooked asparagus, a boiled egg, some cooked salmon, add low fat dressing. I don't call that a recipe.) I would not recommend this book unless you really need help figuring out what you can throw into a salad or what you can add to some baking chicken.
